Refund policy

If you wish to return items from your purchase, please note that you can do so 30 days from the receipt of your order to return any products. Items must be unworn, clean, have tags, and be in original packaging.

If you ordered multiple items in the same purchase and they were delivered separately, the return period starts from the day you received the last item.

We offer free returns within the EU.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns outside the EU, but we will gladly provide you with a return label. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund, and the cost will depend on the destination. You can find the rates here:

Exchange

A direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the order.

Refund

As soon as we have received and accepted your return, we will refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs. The amount will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items.
Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
